What is FMS One?
FMS One is the software platform our office uses for our EVV system. FMS One login is required to connect with EVVIE App and EVVIE Portal.

What is EVVIE Portal?
EVVIE Portal is a place where employees, employers, and representatives may log in to view, edit, and approve shifts. EVVIE Portal links are within the EVVIE App or can be accessed directly via:

How can I make changes to shifts I’ve already submitted?
Changes to shifts can be made through your FMS One account on EVVIE Portal.
How does my employer sign my timesheet?
Your employer or their designated representative will need to login to EVVIE Portal and Approve Lock your shift(s). If you choose to use telephony to submit shifts your employer can call and approve shifts as well.
How do I clock in and out if I don’t have cell service?
The EVVIE App is designed to function offline. Shifts will upload when your mobile device is in range of cell network and can connect to WIFI.
Why does the EVVIE App ask for permission to use my location?
One of the requirements of EVV is documenting the location in which a service takes place. EVVIE App takes a snapshot of GPS Coordinates when you hit clock in or clock out on the device. For your privacy, your mobile device needs to confirm you are aware and give consent. If you do not give permission you will not be able to use the EVVIE App and submit shifts for payment.
Why is a landline required to call in a shift?
EVV requires documenting a location in which a service takes place. A landline is tied to a physical address thus confirming the location.
What happens to the location data submitted with my shifts?
Location data collected via EVVIE App is submitted to a state-wide aggregator. This data can be used to confirm services were received, generate statistics about care deliver, and monitor claim submission for accuracy.
Why is my EVVIE App not working?
The simplest way to troubleshoot EVVIE App is to log out and close EVVIE App. Once the device is restarted, log back in. If you are still experiencing problems, please access your system settings. Verify EVVIE App is approved to allow notifications. Verify EVVIE App has permission to use location services.
Can I use EVVIE App on my computer?
No. EVVIE App is only available on your Android or iOS mobile devices. A tablet with Android or iOS will work.
Can I use EVVIE App on my tablet?
Tablets running iOS or Android can run EVVIE App. Amazon Fire, Kindle, or Windows tablets cannot.
Can I access EVVIE Portal on my computer?
Yes. EVVIE Portal can run through any device with access to a web browser.
When I log into EVVIE App why don’t I see anything?
In order to use EVVIE App you must first be linked to an FMS Provider. You should see Stuart Wilson listed at the top of your EVVIE App. If you do not, it means your FMS One account is not tied to our office. You should receive an email from FMS One with a link to confirm your email address. If you have not done this, your account will not be connected.

Why is my employer not listed?
Your account in FMS One and EVVIE App must be configured by our office in order for you to submit shifts for your employer. Check your inbox for a confirmation email notifying you that your account is active.
